“As a child growing up in the east end of London in the 50’s I had constant ear infections which eventually led to complete deafness in my left ear. As a Christian I believed in a God of healing and frequently asked people to pray for my hearing to be restored, but nothing happened.

In the Bible there are many events recorded where Jesus would meet with people and command sickness to go and people were healed. As a child of God, filled with the Holy Spirit, I began to pray that the spirit of deafness could not remain where the spirit of Jesus was living in me.

After 2-3 weeks of proclaiming this statement, God answered my prayer and restored complete hearing to my left ear.
